Add liquid paraffin from the top of the reactor and introduce a mixture of SO2 and Cl2 [n (SO2): n (Cl2)=1mol: 1mol] from the bottom of the reactor under UV irradiation. Reacting at 30 ℃, the obtained sulfonic chloride enters the ammonia reactor, is pressurized with ammonia gas, and undergoes reflux dehydration to obtain sulfonamide. Transfer it into a condensation kettle, add monochloroacetic acid for condensation to obtain alkylsulfonamide acetic acid, and neutralize with NaOH aqueous solution to obtain sodium alkylsulfonamide acetate. Transfer it to the mixing kettle, add a certain proportion of liquid paraffin under rapid stirring, and stir into a uniform oily liquid. Obtain the finished product immediately.

Add liquid paraffin from the upper mouth of the reactor to the reactor, and introduce a mixture of SO2 and Cl2 from the bottom of the reactor under ultraviolet irradiation (SO2: Cl2 ^ = 1 mol: 1 mol). React at 30°C, the obtained sulfonyl chloride enters the ammoniation kettle, presses ammonia, and refluxes to dehydrate to obtain sulfonamide. Move it into the condensation kettle, add monochloroacetic acid, perform condensation to obtain alkyl sulfonamide acetic acid, and add NaOH aqueous solution to neutralize to obtain alkyl sulfonamide sodium acetate. Transfer it to a mixing kettle, add a certain proportion of liquid paraffin under rapid stirring, and stir into a uniform oily liquid. The finished product is obtained.
